Returns & Exchanges

At Teuta Matoshi, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade gowns and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not a perfect fit, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached, then pack it securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 7-10 business days.
