How long does it take for my dress to be made?
As each Teuta Matoshi piece is handcrafted to order, the standard production time is typically 4 to 6 weeks. We recommend ordering at least 2-3 months before your event to allow for shipping and any local tailoring you may desire.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our designs worldwide via express couriers like DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I request a custom size or modification?
We offer custom sizing for most of our gowns to ensure a perfect fit. You can select the 'Custom Size' option on the product page and provide your measurements. Please note that custom-sized items are final sale.
What is your return policy?
Standard size items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-made, modified, or sale items are non-refundable.
How do I care for my Teuta Matoshi gown?
Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, embroidery, and hand-applied embellishments, we strictly recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store your gown in a cool, dry place inside the provided garment bag.
